Encore Films was established in 2003 with the aim of bringing quality movies to the audience in the Southeast Asia. We’re looking for a passionate and proactive marketer with passion for movies, coupled with strong interpersonal, creative & organisational skills to join our team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Identify target audience, plan, coordinate and execute marketing, media and publicity plans for movies
- Manage marketing collaterals and communications
- Manage social media postings & campaigns, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, X etc
- Work with influencers, celebrities, brands, cinema partners for joint promotions/collaborations
- Organise media screenings, movie premieres, vox pop recording.
- Liaise with media on interviews and write ups, movie reviews
- Copywriting for press kits, press releases
- Events management and co-ordination
- Prepare reports and proposals for potential partners / sponsors
- Handle media clippings and public relations administrative duties
Requirements:
- Must have a passion for movies
- Has strong initiative, positive attitude and team oriented
- Able to work independently, multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills to handle queries from English & Mandarin speaking business associates and clients in regards with the social media campaigns and also to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking media on interviews and write ups.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media marketing
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience and event management
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for managerial role

Multimedia Designer & Video Editor

Description:
- Create artwork design and video materials
- Design creative movie posters, advertisements, graphic and other printed materials including pre-press artwork preparation
- Video editing skills, a strong artistic eye who loves conceiving and executing creative work
- Produce compelling multimedia content, from conceptualisation, pre-production, production to post production.
- Social Media Marketing
- Videography during events
- Video assets conversions
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a must
- Able to multi-task different projects to meet tight deadlines
- Organized, meticulous, creative and have an eye for detail
- Positive attitude, independent, initiative with good communications skills and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of post-production, DCP subtitling a plus
- Minimum Diploma in Film, Graphic, Multimedia, Digital Media or related discipline with minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphics/Production/Video Editing
