Ploy2.pngThis young doe-eyed singer-actress is a regional Internet sensation that rose to fame through her performances of covers of English hits. To date, her YouTube channel has over a million subscribers and over 10 million video views. Affectionately nicknamed Ploychompoo (meaning ‘pink sapphire), Jannine is a half Thai-German who was born and raised in Steinfurt, Germany until she was 10 years old. At the age of eleven, she came in third in Thailand’s Singing Kids contest, and a year later signed on with major Thai record label GMM Grammy. In September 2015, she launched her English album named Genesis, in collaborated with the producer from the United States. Senior marks her debut in the film industry.

Wisit Sasanatieng (Director)


Starting out as an art director for television commercials, Sasanatieng first entered the film industry as a screenwriter, writing scripts for his friend and colleague Nonzee Nimibutr that included crime drama Dang Bireley's and Young Gangsters (1997) and horror Nang Nak (1999). The latter film became one of the top-grossing Thai films of that year. He made his directorial debut with Thai western Tears of the Black Tiger (2000), which became the first ever Thai film to be officially selected for the Cannes Film Festival.
